The 95th annual MLB All-Star Game is coming to Atlanta.

The main event is set for Tuesday, July 15, but special events for All-Star weekend kick off Friday, July 11. Hundreds of thousands of visitors and residents are expected to participate in this weekend of baseball celebrations.

The All-Star game will begin at 8 p.m. in Truist Park on Tuesday. Atlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. will start in the game, and he’ll also compete in the Home Run Derby on Monday, July 14.

In addition to hosting the game, the Braves and the MLB are investing over $4 million dollars in the 2025 All-Star Legacy Initiative to support several different causes throughout Georgia. The funds will go toward projects like renovating and refurbishing the Rhyne Park softball complex in Cobb County, as well as the Barksdale Club Baseball Field in Rockdale County.

Camp Southern Ground, musician Zac Brown’s camp dedicated to serving youth and veterans, will receive an adaptive training unit designed to offer fitness options tailored toward veterans. Money will also go to creating a sensory space within Truist Park to help neurodivergent people with sensory needs during ball park activities.

Here’s a look at what else to expect during All-Star weekend.
