Atlanta Streets Alive returns to Peachtree Street on Sunday, Sept. 14, from 2 to 6 p.m.

A 2.8-mile stretch of the corridor – from 15th Street to Alabama Street – will be closed to vehicular traffic, allowing people to walk, bike, or skate from Midtown to Downtown.

The Atlanta Department of Transportation, in partnership with Propel ATL, is hosting the event, which will be the last Streets Alive on Peachtree for the year. The 2025 finale will take place on Sunday, Oct. 26, along a route from the West End to Grant Park.

Atlanta Streets Alive is always free and open to all ages. Streets will be closed to car traffic from noon to 7 p.m., with designated vehicle crossing points. Attendees are encouraged to arrive by MARTA, bike, or foot. Dogs on leashes, strollers, e-scooters, and bikes are all welcome, at a people-friendly speed.
