Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty has opened its newly renovated North Atlanta office in the Avalon complex in Alpharetta.
Situated on the eighth floor of the 8000 building overlooking Avalon Boulevard, the 11,500±-square-foot office is home to 155 agents.

The office was designed by SMART Interior Group, led by co-founder Lauren Roberts, who drew inspiration from Avalon’s dynamic environment. The transitional aesthetic was a collaboration between SMART Interior Group and Conrad, blending rich textures and metallics to create a modern and welcoming atmosphere that captures the essence of the Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
