Explore Brookhaven named Tim Grow as its executive director and Megan Brown as director of marketing, while David Kemp continues to lead sales efforts as director of sales.

These organizational developments coincide with Explore Brookhaven’s relocation to the Brookhaven City Centre, where the organization will also manage the venue space, expanding its ability to support meetings, events, and community programming, the announcement said.

Grow, according to the release, brings extensive experience in financial management and operations, with a leadership style focused on clear processes, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

“I am honored to step into the role of executive director and grateful for the trust placed in me by the board and the City of Brookhaven,” Grow said. “My background in finance and operations has shaped a leadership approach grounded in accountability, transparency, and results. I’m excited to build on the strong foundation already in place and work closely with our partners to continue elevating Brookhaven as a vibrant, welcoming destination for visitors and our community alike.”
