
Valentine’s Day is not merely for the coupled; if you have love for any entity, you can celebrate, especially if that entity is a fancy dinner or chocolate.
Whether you’re using food to demonstrate your love or simply demonstrating your love of food, Metro Atlanta is packed with dinner deals, special menus, and events that’ll make Valentine’s Day all the more memorable.
Several local restaurants are also offering special items, like cookie boxes and creme brulee bagels, in honor of the holiday this weekend. Here are a few Valentine’s Day specials to keep on your radar, just in case you haven’t finalized your plans.
Aria
James Beard Award repeat nominee Aria will celebrate Valentine’s Day dinner by offering a multiple-course menu, including options like French kiss oysters, caviar service, lobster risotto, and duck breast, for $150 per person, not including tax, beverages, and gratuity. Reservations are available via OpenTable.
Atrium
Ponce City Market’s Atrium is featuring a special Tini Martini Galentine’s menu from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. through Friday, Feb 13. Choose from five tiny drinks, including a zero-proof gimlet and a “choclatini.” Reservations are available on Atrium’s website.
The Colonnade
Iconic Atlanta restaurant The Colonnade is offering half-off discounts on entree duos and select bottles of wine. They’ll also host a live piano performance by Jeni Michaelson in the main dining room.
Daily Chew
Daily Chew on Liddell Drive will offer a four-course dinner menu on Feb. 14 for $85. Both wine pairings and non-alcoholic pairing options will be available. Reservations are still available via Toast.
In addition, the restaurant will have a shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles Valentine’s brunch special on Feb. 14 and 15. They’re also taking pre-orders for Valentine’s cookie boxes, which contain eight cookies and heart-shaped grazing boxes featuring a Brie-style cheese. Select Feb. 13, 14, or 15 for your pickup date.
Emerald City Bagels
Emerald City Bagels will bring back their crème brûlée bagel special, comprised of half a bagel, vanilla cream cheese, and a crispy brûléed sugar topping, at both locations, from Feb. 13 through 15.
Himitsu
UMI’s sister bar Himitsu will offer an UMI greatest hits menu on Feb. 13 and 14 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Reservations are available for both nights via OpenTable.
Lazy Betty
Lazy Betty will offer Valentine’s Day tasting menu dinners on Feb. 13, 14, and 15. Reservations are available through Lazy Betty’s website. Pastry chef Lindsey Davis is also offering a six-piece chocolate box, including flavors like passion fruit yuzu and espresso caramel for $30. Pick up orders on Feb. 14 and 15 between 2 and 6 p.m.
Little Tart Bake Shop
Little Tart Bake Shop’s Grant Park location will host two back-to-back nights of “Little Tart After Dark” Feb. 13-14, from 5-9 p.m. Expect a special menu and drinks. Tables and seats at the bar are first-come, first-served.
Lucky Star
West Midtown’s Lucky Star will offer a themed cocktail omakase for $125 per person on Feb. 13 and 14. Reservations are available on OpenTable. They’re also offering cookie boxes with Friday and Saturday pickups for $48.
Manuel’s Tavern
Manuel’s Tavern is having a Valentine’s Day contest that offers a first-place prize of a free meal in booth 8, a bottle of bubbles from Elemental Spirits, two movie tickets to the Plaza, a mead flight from Monks Meadery, and a night at Hotel Clermont.
The second-place winner will receive a gift card for two DVD rentals from nearby Videodrome, $20 in Manuel’s Bucks, and a free flight from Monks Meadery. To enter, stop by Manuel’s Tavern to speak with a staff member. No purchase necessary. Winners will be announced on Feb. 13.
Minhwa Spirits
Doraville’s Minhwa Spirits will offer a Valentine’s Day menu from Feb. 11 to 14 in addition to their standard jumak menu.
Spiller Park Coffee
Spiller Park Coffee’s Toco Hills location will host a Valentine’s Day Market on Feb. 14, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Vino Venue
Vino Venue in Dunwoody will three consecutive days of Valentine’s events from Feb. 13 to 15, including: a Friday night wine tasting at $25 per person; a Valentine’s day wine tasting and food pairing at $90 per person; and a brunch cooking class with complimentary wine at $99 per person.
Xocolatl
Xocolatl will offer truffle-making classes for $100 at its factory’s tasting room at 448 Ralph D. Abernathy Blvd SW on Feb. 13 and 14. Guests will also get to roll and take home an eight-piece truffle box.
