Atlanta Police are investigating the Wednesday night shooting of four men at a high-rise apartment building in Midtown.
According to the police report, officers were called to the 903 Peachtree tower just before midnight on Feb. 18. Upon arrival at the property, officers found an adult male with a gunshot wound to the face. Two additional adult males were found inside an apartment, also with gunshot wounds.
A fourth male with a gunshot wound drove himself to Grady Hospital for treatment , where the other three were taken for medical attention.
APD said the preliminary investigation indicates the shooting occurred during a robbery over what appears to be a drug deal gone bad. A large quantity of narcotics was observed in plain view inside the apartment, along with a firearm.
