Business technology provider Sage is undergoing a major office expansion to its headquarters at Ponce City Market.
Announced by Jamestown, the expansion will see Sage’s office at 619 Ponce grow by approximately 32,000-square-feet, putting the HQ at a total of 89,000 square feet across three floors.
The company, which offers accounting, financial, HR, and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses, currently employs around 450 employees at 619 Ponce. The expansion will allow it to add more than 200 additional employees over time.
In addition to the extended space, Sage says that it also plans on increasing seating and making various upgrades to the office’s amenities.
Sage is one of approximately 100 businesses situated at Ponce City Market, with the mixed-use property being home to Airbus, CONA Services, FanDuel and Capital One, among others.
The expansion is expected to be completed this fall.
