🎻 Loud and proud Trump supporter Caitlyn Jenner said she can no longer travel internationally after her renewed passport came back with a male gender marker. She reached out to Trump for assistance, and he ignored her. Jenner is now getting a taste of what the rest of the trans community has been dealing with for the past year and a half.
🧑💻 Openly gay Apple CEO Tim Cook will step down after 15 years at the helm of the tech company.
🙄 Republicans in the Missouri House of Representatives have passed a bill requiring public entities to divide their bathrooms and changing areas by sex assigned at birth or face financial penalties.
🗣️ Seven of Georgia’s gubernatorial primary candidates participated in a forum hosted by Leadership DeKalb on Tuesday. Our Katie Burkholder has a report on what they had to say.

Savannah and Statesboro to host Lavender Graduation events for LGBTQ+ students
🎓 LGBTQ+ organizations are hosting two Lavender Graduations for LGBTQ+ students in Savannah and Statesboro graduating this month.
Savannah Pride Center, Boro Pride, and Georgia Equality are hosting the graduation ceremonies as safe spaces for LGBTQ+ students.
The Savannah ceremony is tonight, April 23, from 6 to 8 p.m. at a location to be shared with RSVP. The Statesboro ceremony will be hosted at the Honey Bowen Building on April 29 at 6 p.m.
All graduates will receive a silk lavender cord, and friends and family are welcome. Food and drinks will be provided at both ceremonies.

NAESM hosting PrEP Rally for HIV prevention on April 28
🎉 NAESM, an organization providing testing and housing to people living with HIV, is hosting NAESM PrEP University on April 28 at the Loudermilk Center in Downtown Atlanta.
The event will bring together nonprofits, historically Black colleges and universities, health care providers, and state and local health officials in a fun, motivating environment focused on HIV testing and prevention.
Modeled after a college pep rally, NAESM PrEP University will feature music, live performances, peer engagement, and interactive educational activities to help normalize HIV testing and PrEP.
