Atlanta Beltline Partnership announced the launch of a new volunteer portal, an online platform designed to connect Atlanta residents with volunteer opportunities along the Atlanta Beltline and simplify tracking of service hours.
The portal, now live, allows volunteers to browse and register for opportunities, complete required training, and monitor cumulative service hours, according to a release from the organization. Volunteer options include trail clean-ups, community events, bike tour guiding, art programming assistance and advisory board participation.
“Volunteers help bring the Beltline to life every single day,” said Rob Brawner, executive director of Atlanta Beltline Partnership. “This new portal makes it easier for people to connect with opportunities that match their interests and strengthen connections across Atlanta through service and shared experiences.”
New volunteers must complete a required orientation before signing up for their first shift. The portal also supports the Adopt-the-Beltline stewardship program and Empower workshop assistance.
The partnership introduced two recognition tiers for volunteers who reach service milestones. Those who log 50 hours earn Verified Volunteer status, and those who reach 100 hours are designated Influencer Volunteers. Each milestone is marked with an exclusive T-shirt.
Volunteers ages 16 and older may participate with a parent-signed waiver. Those ages 14 and older may participate when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
