The Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena have agreed to a multi-year partnership with The Home Depot, designating the retailer as their “Official Home Improvement Partner.”

The agreement includes in-arena entitlements, fan activations, digital content and community programming across Metro Atlanta.

At the center of the partnership is naming rights for the Atlanta Hawks Fan Zone, the arena’s interactive fan destination, along with Harry the Hawk’s Nest, Built by The Home Depot.

The Home Depot’s presence will extend throughout the arena with static and digital signage, including the 200-Level Impact Board, LED courtside and concourse-level exposure, the State Farm Arena digital marquee, and in-game shot-tracking and stats integrations.

“Bringing together two Atlanta institutions like the Hawks and The Home Depot allows us to continue driving meaningful impact across our city, and we couldn’t be more excited to partner with this ‘True to Atlanta’ brand,” Andrew Saltzman, Hawks and State Farm Arena’s President of Business Enterprise and Chief Commercial Officer, said in a press release. “From dynamic new fan activations to programs introducing local students to high-demand careers, this partnership will deliver immediate energy and long-term value to our community.”

Fans will also see and feel The Home Depot in the stands all season long through ‘Build the Noise,’ a season-long hammer stick giveaway distributed at all 41 regular season home games and every Hawks playoff home game. Additionally, The Home Depot will serve as presenting partner of the Hawks Value Pack ticket offer.

On the content side, The Home Depot will present the Hawks’ “Built in the G” YouTube series and the team’s roster page on Hawks.com. The partnership also includes rights with the College Park Skyhawks, the Hawks’ NBA G League affiliate, including branding, community ticketing and talent appearances.

“The Home Depot is proud to call Atlanta home, and we’re thrilled to partner with the Hawks, an organization that shares our deep connection to this city,” Allison Kolber, vice president of integrated marketing at The Home Depot, said in the press release. “This partnership builds on our presence in live sports and gives us another meaningful way to show up for our customers around the moments that bring people together. We look forward to creating memorable experiences for Hawks fans and making an impact across our hometown.”

The partnership’s community platform is built around career exposure and youth engagement:

  • My Dreams Realized – A student engagement program in a joint effort with Atlanta Public Schools introducing students to careers in construction, design and the skilled trades, anchored by a Future City Exposure Day and field-based learning experiences.
  • Community Court Tour – Summer basketball and fitness clinics for youth ages 6-16, paired with hands-on Saturday Kids Workshop DIY builds.
  • The Home Depot Foundation – Beginning with the 2027-28 season, the Hawks will make an annual donation in support of the Foundation’s work.
