The Atlanta Land Trust and Cityscape Housing announced the start of construction on The Trust at Oakland City, a mixed-income housing development in the city’s historic Oakland City community, which will include 42 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units at market rates and affordable housing for families making at or below 60% of the area median income.
