Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens and Atlanta Public Schools plan to exchange two pieces of publicly owned land in order to consolidate APS facilities and advance their shared affordable housing goals, with the city transferring ownership of property at 70 Boulevard to APS and APS transferring a vacant property at 405 Cooper Street SW to the city.
