The following information was provided to the Reporter by the Zone 2 precinct of the Atlanta Police Department from its records and is presumed to be accurate.

Larceny from auto
3400 block of Buckhead Loop – A camera was stolen from a silver 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo the morning of Jan. 13.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – A maroon 2003 Chevrolet Impala was broken into late Jan. 14 or early Jan. 15 outside the AMC Fork & Screen. The items stolen included a purse, a GPS unit and an MP3 player.
3300 block of Peachtree Road – A laptop computer and a camcorder were stolen from a gold 2007 Toyota between 9 and 9:30 p.m. Jan. 16.
3300 block of Piedmont Road – Multiple vehicles at a parking deck were broken into between 10:30 p.m. Jan. 15 and 1:30 a.m. Jan. 16.
700 block of Cosmopolitan Drive – A window was broken out of a green 2003 Toyota Camry overnight Jan. 15 at the Cosmopolitan at Lindbergh, and an Eddie Bauer bag was taken.
700 block of Cosmopolitan Drive – A window was broken out of a 2007 Volkswagen New Beetle overnight Jan. 15 at the Cosmopolitan at Lindbergh, and a GPS unit and an umbrella were taken.
3400 block of Kingsboro Road – Several vehicles in a parking garage were broken into overnight Jan. 12.
3200 block of Lenox Road – A pistol was stolen from a red 2007 Toyota Tundra between Jan. 11 and 13.
2500 block of Lenox Road – A window was broken out of a red 2000 Nissan Frontera at the Tempo Parkway Apartments between 5:30 and 6 a.m. Jan. 16, and an in-dash CD player was stolen.

Other larceny
1600 block of Moores Mill Road – The copper wires and pipes from three Trane air-conditioning units were stolen between Aug. 1 and Jan. 11.
3400 block of Ridgewood Road – The copper was stripped from air-conditioning units between Dec. 31 and Jan. 13.
3400 block of Buckhead Loop – A couple stole several bottles of perfume from Ulta Cosmetics around 5 p.m. Jan. 14.
3400 block of Buckhead Loop – Two women stole $953 worth of perfume from Ulta Cosmetics around 2:30 p.m. Jan. 15.
3500 block of Peachtree Road – A couple stole five purses from Gucci at 7:45 p.m. Jan. 4. The same people are suspected in thefts at Saks Fifth Avenue the day before.
3500 block of Peachtree Road – A man stole three pairs of sunglasses from Valentino Boutique at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 8. The theft was reported Jan. 16.
3500 block of Peachtree Road – A clutch bag worth $1,370 was stolen from Valentino Boutique on Dec. 16. The theft was reported Jan. 16.

Automobile theft
3400 block of Piedmont Road – The steering column to a maroon 2007 Dodge Caravan was damaged between Jan. 11 and 13 in an attempt to steal the minivan at Tower Place.
3400 block of Around Lenox Drive – A gray 2009 Toyota Camry was stolen late Jan. 9 or early Jan. 10 outside Dantanna’s.
2500 block of Lenox Road – A vehicle was stolen around 11 p.m. Jan. 12.
3400 block of Lenox Road – A black 1995 Jeep Cherokee was stolen during the day Jan. 13.
2900 block of Lenox Road – A vehicle was stolen from a lot overnight Jan. 13.
3400 block of Lenox Road – A green Dodge Caravan was stolen from a hotel parking lot Jan. 16 at 3 p.m.
600 block of Lindbergh Road – A 2004 Chrysler minivan was stolen Jan. 10.
2500 block of Piedmont Road – The steering column on a 2006 Chrysler was damaged in an apparent attempt to steal the vehicle from the Lindbergh Vista parking lot Jan. 10. The culprit settled for taking CDs, cash and other items.
2500 block of Piedmont Road – The steering column on a red 2006 Dodge was busted in an apparent attempt to steal the vehicle Jan. 13.

Burglary
3900 block of Roswell Road – An alarm sounded at a business at 4:50 a.m. Jan. 16, and officers found a rear patio door open. An employee found damage to numerous doors, but nothing was missing.
2100 block of Piedmont Road – A quilt and a suitcase were taken from a U-Haul storage unit between Jan. 5 and 14.
3100 block of Paces Ferry Place – The front door to Koets Corp. was kicked in between closing Jan. 8 and opening Jan. 11, but nothing was taken.
2200 block of Fairhaven Circle – A man was caught fleeing a house under construction with $50 in items at 9:20 a.m. Jan. 13.
500 block of Lindbergh Drive – Items were stolen from a home during the early afternoon Jan. 11, but there was no sign of forced entry.
400 block of Lindbergh Place – Jewelry was stolen from a home between noon and 3:30 p.m. Jan. 11.
400 block of Lindbergh Place – Items were taken from an apartment during the day Nov. 11.
300 block of Peachtree Hills Avenue – The back door of an apartment was kicked in Jan. 12, and jewelry and a laptop computer were stolen.
600 block of Antone Street – A brick was used to break the front door to a house at 5:45 a.m. Jan. 16, and a computer was stolen.
110 block of Collier Road – A rear window to an apartment was smashed between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Jan. 16, and a laptop computer, an MP3 player, an e-book reader, a wireless keyboard, an external hard drive, a mouse and a bike were stolen.
1700 block of Northside Drive – The front door to an apartment was kicked in Jan. 14, and an MP3 player, a flat-screen TV and jewelry were stolen.
2000 block of Bolton Drive – A man arrived at his Midtown West apartment at 11:30 p.m. Jan. 13 to find the front door kicked in and an Xbox game system, a computer, a laptop computer, a digital camera, an MP3 player and jewelry missing.
1300 block of Marietta Boulevard – A PM Construction storage trailer was damaged during the weekend of Jan. 9. The items stolen included saws, drills, a welder, and a trash pump and blower.

Robbery
3300 block of Peachtree Road – A man met someone at Lenox Square to sell him two phones, but the prospective customer drove off with the phones without paying for them at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 13.
Peachtree and Grandview roads – A man walking home from the Hole in the Wall around 1:30 a.m. Jan. 16 was approached by three men, who demanded whatever he had. One of the robbers grabbed the victim, who fought off the assailant and fled. He later sought treatment at Piedmont Hospital for a chest injury.
1200 block of Collier Road – Two men robbed Pizza Hut at 9:30 p.m. Jan. 14. While one of the robbers forced the employees into the back, the other robber cleared out the cash register.

Aggravated assault
Unit block of Pharr Road – A man met three men at a bar Jan. 16 and had them come home to his apartment, where some pretend boxing turned into a real fight, with the three guests ganging up on their host. The apartment resident suffered injuries to his head and arm.
2900 block of Peachtree Road – A woman was knocked over by a shopping cart at Publix on Jan. 13 and suffered a torn leg ligament.
400 block of Armour Drive – A woman said her roommate at the Heights at Armour hit her with a beer bottle Jan. 15.
