Georgia Shakespeare is throwing a public party on April 24 to celebrate William Shakespeare’s birth. Shakespeare’s Birthday Party will offer arts and crafts, face painting, jugglers and other performers, and birthday cake. The wizard Merlin, from “The Legend of the Sword in the Stone,” also is scheduled to appear. The event is intended for children aged 3 to 10. There is no charge for admission.
