Pop a top this summer. Heritage Sandy Springs plans to hold its first annual beer festival Aug. 14.
The festival will feature foreign, U.S. and local beers. It will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Heritage Green, on the Society of Sandy Springs entertainment lawn, 6110 Bluestone Road, next to CityWalk. Admission is $25.
“Guests will be able to enjoy a unique selection of specialty beers, great local food and live music, all in the beautiful surroundings at Heritage Green. In addition to sampling a variety of beers from all over the world, including handcrafted, gourmet beers, attendees can learn from vendors about differences in styles and the brewing process,” said Christy Nickles, Special Events Director at Heritage Sandy Springs.
