Roderick Allen Byers is wanted on the charge of battery.
On May 10, Sandy Springs police officers were called to American InterContinental University on Peachtree-Dunwoody Road in response to a domestic violence case.
Police said an investigation revealed that Byers, also called “Showboat” or “Boat” for short, arrived at the university, damaged a bathroom stall door and hit his girlfriend.
Police said there is a history of domestic violence between Byers and the victim.
