Aggravated assault

500 block of Lindbergh Drive – A man reported June 18 that another man hit him with a baseball bat just before 6 p.m. that day for no apparent reason. The victim was treated at Grady Memorial Hospital.

3000 block of Piedmont Road – A person was stabbed at Waffle House at 7:30 p.m. June 13.

1100 block of Collier Road – A woman said another woman punched her in the face and hit her in the head with a rock June 14 around 5:30 p.m.

Burglary

6200 block of Ivy Chase Way – An apartment door was forced open June 13, and the apartment was ransacked. The resident reported numerous items missing.

3600 block of Peachtree Road – Someone entered Peachtree Road Lutheran Church early June 18, cooked and ate some food, and set up mats and pillows to sleep in an office. The person was gone when evidence of the Goldilocks-type visit was discovered at 6:30 a.m. There were no signs of forced entry, and the alarm was not set off.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – Three watches, a Bose Wave radio and a vase were stolen from an unlocked Realm condo between June 17 and 19. The total value of the stolen items was set at $33,500.

3800 block of Roswell Road – Someone broke into Le Triskell Creperie through the roof the night of June 17 and stole $170 in cash from the restaurant’s register and $30 in coins from a box under the register.

3800 block of Roswell Road – Someone used to a key to enter H Fitness overnight June 17 and stole a laptop computer and $100.

3800 block of Roswell Road – Money was stolen from the register of Weini’s Design overnight June 17.

3800 block of Roswell Road – Money was stolen from Eco-Bel Day Spa between 10 p.m. June 17 and 10 a.m. June 19. Entry was made through the ceiling.

4400 block of Roswell Road – Money was stolen from All American Liquor Store early June 19.

3165 block of East Shadowlawn Avenue – A computer was stolen from Blonde between 3 and 4 a.m. June 18. The culprit pushed in a basement window and pried open a vent to gain entry.

100 block of East Wesley Road – Items were stolen from a house during the day June 16.

600 block of Peachtree Hills Road – A TV set was stolen from a house June 19 around 11 p.m. The perpetrator was seen leaving the house through a back door.

1100 block of Collier Road – Items were stolen from an apartment overnight June 12 while the residents slept.

Larceny from auto

4300 block of Northside Drive – A window was smashed out of a car between 8:55 and 9:15 a.m. June 15, and a purse was stolen.

Unit block of Valley Road – Equipment was stolen off a work truck just after 11 a.m. June 19.

3400 block of West Paces Ferry Road – A man was spotted inside a gold 2007 Chevrolet sport-utility vehicle that was not his at 10:15 p.m. June 17. When the vehicle’s owner came out to the driveway at his house, the intruder fled.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A laptop computer was stolen from a vehicle left with valet parking at the DoubleTree Hotel overnight June 12.

3600 block of Peachtree Road – A woman left her purse in her vehicle while she went inside a building to drop off her child around 8:30 a.m. June 17. When she got back to her vehicle 10 minutes later, a window had been smashed, and the purse was gone.

3600 block of Peachtree Road – A window was smashed out of a 1999 Buick Century on June 11, and a duffel bag and a checkbook were stolen. The victim said someone tried to cash seven of the stolen checks.

3900 block of Roswell Road – A window was smashed out of a vehicle June 14, and textbooks were stolen.

900 block of East Paces Ferry Road – A window was smashed out of a vehicle June 16 or 17, and several items were taken.

2600 block of Lenox Road – Items were stolen from a vehicle overnight June 12.

3200 block of Lenox Road – The stereo system was stolen from a white 1992 Lexus on June 13.

2700 block of Lenox Road – A laptop computer was stolen from a brown 2010 Kia between 8 and 9 p.m. June 16.

2900 block of Peachtree Road – Several items were stolen from a 2009 Kia Rio on June 2, and the door was left standing open.

3600 block of Peachtree Road – A window was broken out of a blue 2004 Jeep Cherokee between 1 and 2 p.m. June 15, and jewelry and clothing were stolen.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A black pouch containing papers was stolen from a white 2004 Mitsubishi Galant on June 15.

3600 block of Peachtree Road – A purse was stolen from a vehicle June 17.

700 block of Sidney Marcus Boulevard – A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle overnight June 16.

3200 block of Paces Ferry Place – A window was broken out of a car June 13, and items were stolen.

300 block of Pharr Road – Items were stolen from a vehicle midday June 15 while the owner was at a gym.

2900 block of Pharr Court South – Four vehicles were broken into at an apartment complex overnight June 13, and items were stolen.

3100 block of Roswell Road – A suitcase was stolen from a vehicle June 9.

Unit block of West Paces Ferry Drive – A window was broken out of a tan 2007 Honda van June 15, and a laptop computer was stolen.

100 block of Bagley Street – A window was smashed out of a gold 2007 GMC Yukon on June 6, and a purse was stolen. The victim’s debit card and checkbook later were used.

2000 block of Peachtree Road – A laptop computer was stolen from a silver 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. June 15.

Unit block of Peachtree Park Drive – An expired license plate was stolen off a vehicle overnight June 14.

3200 block of Piedmont Road – A state trooper spotted a man breaking out a car window in the Wachovia parking lot just before 4 a.m. June 13. When the man tried to flee, the trooper tased him, but the culprit got up and ran away. A city police officer and another state trooper caught the man on Peachtree Road.

3100 block of Piedmont Road – A purse containing $170 was stolen from a vehicle early June 19.

3000 block of East Pine Valley Road – Landscaping tools were stolen from the back of a work trailer between 1:30 and 2 p.m. June 14.

3200 block of Northside Parkway – A window was broken out of a vehicle in the early afternoon of June 18, and several items were stolen.

2200 block of Peachtree Road – Items were stolen from a vehicle June 11.

1700 block of Chattahoochee Avenue – Items were stolen from a vehicle June 17.

2100 block of James Jackson Parkway – Two tires were stolen off a box truck parked at Kaycan Ltd. overnight June 14.

200 block of 26th Street – A man left his vehicle in a lot for a month while he went out of town, and when he returned June 18, he found the vehicle broken into and the door lock and ignition switch damaged. Stolen were a TV/DVD/CD player, a wheel-lock key, CDs and headphones.

1900 block of Anjaco Road – Sunglasses and a watch were stolen from a vehicle overnight June 17.

1800 block of Peachtree Road – Items were stolen from a vehicle between 1:30 and 2 p.m. June 14.

2000 block of Peachtree Road – Items were stolen from a vehicle between 5 and 5:08 p.m. June 17. The driver had left the windows cracked open because of the heat.

Auto theft

200 block of Pineland Road – A white 1998 Ford was reported stolen June 18.

3900 block of Club Drive – A 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe was stolen from a driveway early June 17 after the key was left in a cup holder in the vehicle.

2500 block of Lenox Road – A vehicle was stolen from an apartment complex’s parking lot the morning of June 14.

East Andrews Drive at Cain Hills Place – A man lost his car keys June 12, and his vehicle was gone the next morning.

3200 block of Peachtree Road – A driver left a silver 2003 Isuzu Rodeo running at 9:15 p.m. June 13 and went inside a building to deliver something, and a man drove away with the vehicle.

1300 block of Seaboard Industrial Boulevard – A green 1992 Chevrolet S10 pickup was stolen from a parking lot June 16.

200 block of 26th Street – A man left his red 2005 Nissan Sentra running June 15 at 6:40 p.m., and another man drove off with the car.

Other larceny

4400 block of Northside Parkway – Between April 15 and June 15, someone took and cashed the pre-approved checks a credit card company sent one of its customers.

600 block of Fairfield Road – A woman said people renting her house took some of her property between March 30 and June 16.

Unit block of Conifer Circle – Light reflectors were stolen from a yard June 13.

500 block of Loridans Drive – A basket and dust pan were stolen from a front yard June 13.

3400 block of Peachtree Road – Someone hacked into the Noble Investment Group’s databases in April and moved a substantial amount of money into a foreign account. The crime was reported June 14.

3500 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter struck Nordstrom at 7:30 p.m. June 13 and escaped security.

3600 block of Peachtree Road – A person took money to perform an audit of real estate papers March 8 but never did the work. The crime was reported June 14.

3500 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter was caught trying to steal clothes from Saks Fifth Avenue at 5 p.m. June 15.

3500 block of Peachtree Road – A thief grabbed several items and fled Belk at 6 p.m. June 17.

3500 block of Peachtree Road – A woman stole items from Nordstrom at 6 p.m. June 17.

3500 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter was caught at Nordstrom just before 6 p.m. June 19.

3500 block of Peachtree Road – A woman tried to buy a pendant from Landau with a bad check at 4 p.m. June 19, then took the item and left without paying when the check was rejected.

300 block of West Wieuca Road – Electronic items were stolen from an office June 15 while the staff went to lunch.

2600 block of Buford Highway – A GPS antenna was taken from an AT&T Mobility cellular tower late June 12.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A bag containing a laptop computer was stolen from a locked conference room at a hotel between 10:15 a.m. and noon June 11.

3500 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Target with a stolen item worth $39.99 midday June 18.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Bloomingdale’s at 3:30 p.m. June 18.

3300 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Macy’s just before 7 p.m. June 19.

1900 block of Peachtree Road – A wallet and other items were removed from a woman’s purse at her place of work June 11, and her credit cards were used illegally.

3200 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter was arrested at the Sports Authority at 3:30 p.m. June 14.

3300 block of Piedmont Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Kroger at 9 p.m. June 14.

3300 block of Piedmont Road – A man in possession of several stolen wallets was arrested June 18 and confessed to the thefts.

2700 block of Ramsgate Court – A person reported a theft by conversion June 10, saying a contractor took $1,750 but never did the promised work. The company’s phone is now disconnected.

300 block of Paces Ferry Road – A woman said her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend took several items from their home June 7.

2200 block of Peachtree Road – A woman’s wallet went missing June 15 after she paid for lunch at a restaurant.

3200 block of Peachtree Road – A woman reported that her wallet was taken from her hotel room June 12 or 13.

2000 block of Peachtree Road – Someone took a check from the safe at Fresh Market on June 16 or 17 and deposited it into a personal account.

2800 block of Peachtree Road – A shoplifter made off with several records from Fantasyland Records around 11:30 a.m. June 18.

Defoors Ferry and Warren roads – Tools were stolen from a Benford Environmental Systems work site during lunch June 15.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road – A shoplifter was caught at Walmart around 3 p.m. June 13.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road – Two shoplifters were caught on videotape around 5 p.m. June 13.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road – Two shoplifters were caught around 10 p.m. June 13.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road – A shoplifter was arrested at Walmart at 4 p.m. June 15.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road – A 14-year-old girl was arrested midday June 19 after trying to steal items at Walmart by hiding them in her baby sister’s carrier seat.

1700 block of Howell Mill Road – A woman reported June 9 that her credit card went missing May 12 and later was used without her permission.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road – A 16-year-old girl and another juvenile were caught shoplifting June 19 and were turned over to their guardians.

1800 block of Howell Mill Road – An attempted shoplifting failed at Walmart at 6 p.m. June 19.

1600 block of Northside Drive – Two checks were stolen from a carwash business and were cashed by an employee June 15.

1300 block of Chattahoochee Avenue – Four tires were stolen off a trailer overnight June 11.

1300 block of Northside Drive – A man who was collecting the money from vending machines at 9:30 a.m. June 16 said someone grabbed one of the resulting bags of coins from the rear of his truck and fled.

1900 block of Peachtree Road – A woman was arrested midday June 19 after being caught on video while going through another woman’s purse and fleeing.
