Cody Simpson, teen pop music star, performed briefly Nov. 10 for students at Ridgeview Charter School in Sandy Springs as part of a tour of more than 20 schools across the country. The tour started Oct. 19 in Rochester, N.Y., and ends Nov. 17 in Palm Springs, Calif. Following lunchtime performances to the sixth, seventh and eighth. Simpson also spoke to students in the music classes about working hard and following dreams. Simpson, an Australian, has a single, “iYiYi” featuring Flo Rida, that has been successful on Radio Disney.
