The man accused of slaying a Dunwoody father outside a day care facility has reached a settlement with his estranged wife in their separation case, according to news reports.
A lawyer representing Ariela Neuman, the estranged wife of Hemy Neuman, told WSB-TV Channel 2 News that the settlement allows her client access to her husbands assets.
Hemy Neuman faces murder charges in the shooting death of Rusty Sneiderman. Sneiderman was shot last November after he dropped off his son at the day care facility. In court filings, Ariela Neuman claimed her husband had a relationship with Sneiderman’s wife.
Hemy Neuman’s trial is scheduled to begin in October.
