Some Dunwoody police officers will be the ones in handcuffs this weekend.
On July 9, Dunwoody Police Chief Billy Grogan and other officers will be walking and running while cuffed to a treadmill to raise money for the Special Olympics.
The fundraiser, dubbed “Cuffed for a Cause,” will be at Walmart on Ashford Dunwoody Road from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The money raised by the event will support athletes competing this year in Special Olympics Georgia.
