Rep. Mike Jacobs (R-DeKalb County) says he plans to hold two public meetings this month to discuss a study of the feasibility of a city of Brookhaven.
The study, being conducted by the Carl Vinson Institute at the University of Georgia and financed by the Citizens for North DeKalb, is to be released this month.

No date has been announced.

Jacobs, who introduced legislation that would create the city, said Nov. 2 that he planned to host discussions on the study at 7 p.m. Nov. 15 at Cross Keys High School and at 7 p.m. Nov. 17 at Montgomery Elementary School.
