The attorney hired to represent Andrea Sneiderman as prosecutors weigh whether to charge her in connection with her husband’s death is in some legal hot water of her own.

CBS Atlanta reports Atlanta police arrested Jennifer Little, 33, around 12:30 a.m. Thursday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Police stopped Little on I-85 Northbound at Buford Highway. According to CBS Atlanta, Little refused to take a breathalyzer and was charged.

Andrea Sneiderman is under scrutiny this week. A DeKalb County Grand Jury has subpoenaed videos of her testimony in the Hemy Neuman trial, CBS Atlanta reported.

Sneiderman came under scrutiny from the prosecution and the defense, who both alleged she had a relationship with Neuman. Neuman was convicted on March 15 for the 2010 murder of her husband, Rusty Sneiderman, outside a Dunwoody daycare center. Neuman was Andrea Sneiderman’s supervisor at GE Energy and attorneys and psychiatrists have said he was in love with her.

Neuman had pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, claiming he did not know right from wrong when he killed Rusty Sneiderman. The jury found him guilty but mentally ill. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Sneiderman’s testimony raised suspicions because it contradicted other accounts of events after the shooting of her husband.

Her behavior also came under scrutiny. Sneiderman was asked to leave the DeKalb County courtroom because of disruptive behavior. She was seen Feb. 24  hugging a witness. She then pushed an investigator away when she was told not to make contact with the witness and tried to follow her her into the witness room. Investigators said she was also overheard making comments about the witnesses during the trial.

After the trial ended, Rusty Sneiderman’s brother, Steve Sneiderman, said his family has long suspected Andrea Sneiderman had something to do with his brother’s death. DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James said he is investigating facts and evidence surrounding Andrea Sneiderman. She has not been charged in her husband’s death.
