Dunwoody has temporarily closed the Children’s Adventure Garden playground at Brook Run Park to perform minor safety repairs to the playground’s rubber play surface. The playground will reopen on Wednesday, May 16 at 7 a.m.The playground’s normal hours of operation are 7 a.m. to sunset every day.
The repairs are concentrated around the bases of the new shade structures and will provide a safe seal between the support structures and the rubber play surface. The maintenance will ensure that the playground is ready for the increased summer demand that coincides with the end of school year, Dunwoody officials said.
