Kids attending camp at the Sandy Springs’ Hammond Park Gymnastics Center met one of the most successful gymnasts in the world on Monday, July 16.
Five-time Olympic medalist Nastia Liukin visited the center, signing autographs and posing for photos. The trip was part of a series of trips to promote the 2012 Kellogg’s Tour of Gymnastics Champions, according to a press release from the city.
In addition to her Olympic medals, Liukin is also a four-time World Champion, a nine-time World medalist and holds four U.S. National Championships, according to the city’s press release.
