Music Midtown
Music Midtown returns on Sept. 21-22 with an impressive line-up of acts including Florence and the Machine, Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, The Avett Brothers, Ludacris, Neon Trees, Civil Twilight, T.I., Adam Ant and Garbage. For tickets and details, visit musicmidtown.com.

Sandy Springs Arts Festival
The 2012 Sandy Springs Festival is Sept. 22 -23 on Heritage Green featuring a children’s area, artists market, 10K and 5K races and a pet parade. For more information, visit sandyspringsfestival.com.

Atlanta Play Day
Atlanta Play Day 2012 will be held Sept. 22 at Candler Park. Coaches will be on hand to lead clinics, lessons and games including golf, football, tennis, soccer, basketball, circus arts, parkour and many more. There will also be food from local farmers markets. The event is sponsored by Atlanta ContactPoint, a nonprofit dedicated to healthy living and social responsibility.
