The 25th annual Pet Parade kicked off the Sandy Springs Festival. Festival-goers crowded Heritage Green Park in downtown Sandy Springs on Sept. 22 and Sept. 23 to listen to music, check out chalk drawings and see some of the area’s finest pets in their finest dress.
