For the first time this year, Brookhaven voters will be able to go to the polls on Election Day and select a mayor and city council members.
For those that haven’t voted early, don’t forget to drop by and cast your ballot Nov. 6. It’s an important year for your voice to be heard, with several local, state and national races and two constitutional amendments on the ballot.
Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Any voter waiting in line at 7 p.m. will be allowed to vote. A photo ID is required to vote, so make sure to bring a Georgia driver’s license, voter ID card, U.S. passport, employee ID card for federal employees, a military ID or a tribal ID to the polls.
