Dunwoody’s Community Council has recommended city officials approve proposal to build a new hotel, restaurants and retail building at the northeast corner of Ashford Dunwoody Road and Perimeter Center North.

The council voted on March 14 to recommend approval of the plan for the $25 million project. The council on March 14 also recommended approval of a proposed special land use permit for the project.
