The Brookhaven Zoning Board of Appeals will host its second meeting on March 20 at Brookhaven Municipal Court, located in 2 Corporate Square, suite 125.
The main item on the agenda is an appeal of a DeKalb County decision to deny an application to build apartment complex on Peachtree Road near club drive.
DeKalb’s administrative staff decided that the proposal was not compliant with the corridor’s overlay zoning and did not issue a land disturbance permit.
The proposed development, which would straddle the line between Brookhaven and the city of Atlanta, has drawn the ire of many nearby residents who say the project is too large.
