Previously announced as apartments, the building has been switched to condominiums to meet new demand. Prices will start in the mid $600s. Seventh is the first major new condo project for Midtown in years, according to developers Robin Loudermilk and Dwight Bell. The building will feature 23 two-and three-bedroom condos averaging 2,000 square feet, including two penthouse units. There will also be 4,700 square feet of retail on the ground floor. The nine-story building is being designed by Lord Aeck Sargent Architecture. For more information, visit seventhmidtown.com.
