DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA, Reporter Newspapers broadcast partner) -According to reports, DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis was indicted by a DeKalb County Grand Jury.
According to the news conference, CEO Ellis has been indicted on 15 counts including extortion, making false statements, theft by taking.
