A 14-year-old who ran away from home after a fight with her parents has been found safe, according to the Atlanta Police Department. A prayer vigil for Beverly Knepper, who went missing on Monday, had been planned for 7 p.m. on Thursday night in Piedmont Park. Beverly disappeared after an argument with her parents about a boy she had met on Instagram and was supposed to meet at the park.
Reports on the Facebook page set up to help find Beverly suggested that the teen had called her parents from a borrowed cell phone and said she wanted to come home.
