DECATUR, GA (CBS ATLANTA, Reporter Newspapers broadcast partner)- Fifteen jurors and alternates will hear opening statements Monday morning in the perjury trial of Andrea Sneiderman, the Dunwoody woman accused of lying about her former boss’ involvement in the murder of her husband.

Last year, a jury found Hemy Neuman, Sneiderman’s former boss at GE Energy, guilty but mentally ill for the 2010 murder of Rusty Sneiderman outside Dunwoody Preparatory Academy, a daycare center.

During that trial, Neuman’s attorneys and prosecutors suggested that Andrea Sneiderman was the one who pulled the strings, convincing her lover to kill her husband.
