Travelers passing through Concourse D at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport will get a chance to see North Atlanta High’s creative side.
The high school is one of six Atlanta Public High schools invited to create murals. NAHS murals will be auctioned to benefit the school’s Visual Art Booster Club.
The auction is being sponsored by Delaware North Travel Hospitality Services, a food services contractor at the airport.
“Our goal with this project is to provide much-needed funds for art supplies within high schools,” Matt King, president of Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, said in a press release. “It’s all part of Delaware North’s commitment to serve the communities in which we do business.”
