Atlanta Police are investigating the murder of a man pumping gas at the Chevron station on Northside Drive near Markham Street just after noon today, according to APD Officer Kim Jones. Upon arrival on the scene, officers found the victim shot to death in the parking lot. Witnesses stated that the victim was pumping gas when he was shot by a black male who walked up from the street. It also appears that the victim was not a random target, Jones said. More as it develops.
