Officers from the Atlanta Police Department precinct made a Buckhead pit stop over the weekend to buy some lemonade.
Two young girls set up the lemonade stand and were surprised when the officers showed up for some of the tasty beverage, their mother said. They also bought cookies, she said.
“They were so gracious to our girls, and we are so thankful for all they do in our community,” she said in an email distributed by the North Buckhead Civic Association.
