Preserving Place (preservingplace.com) is now open at 1170 Howell Mill Road in the Westside Provisions District offering house-made products such as Lemon Tomato Jam, Bread & Butter Pickle Relish, Catsup +, and Pickled Peaches, as well as other artisanal products including Doux South organic pickles, Beautiful Briny Sea salts, and Ancesserie letterpress goods and gifts. The shop also has an in-house kitchen and will be offering cooking classes.
