Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed handily beat three newcomers to be re-elected to another term in the Nov. 5 general election. The majority of incumbents held their seats in city council and board of education races. The notable upsets were Mary Norwood outpacing incumbent Aaron Watson 52 to 47 percent to take Atlanta City Council Post 2 at-large. H.
