SANDY SPRINGS, GA (CBS Atlanta, Reporter Newspapers broadcast partner) – A man wanted in connection to a reported rape and assault in Sandy Springs was taken into custody on Friday, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
According to Sandy Springs police Terry Marquis Hicks, 40, brutally assaulted a female victim after leaving the Taboo 2 bar on Nov. 4.
The victim suffered severe injuries, police said.
