A DeKalb County jury has convicted Pat Reid, the DeKalb school district’s former chief operating officer, and her ex-husband, architect Tony Pope, with stealing from the school system by manipulating construction contracts, according to The Atlanta Journal Constitution.

The jury found Reid and Pope guilty of racketeering. Jurors also found Reid guilty on one of two theft charges and found Pope not guilty on a theft charge, The AJC reported.
