DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA, Reporter Newspapers broadcast partner) – Attorneys for Andrea Sneiderman went before a judge Thursday asking him to let her out on bond until she can get another day in court.
Andrea Sneiderman was convicted in August on nine counts, including perjury, in connection with her husband’s murder.
She was convicted after she lied about having an affair with her boss in the murder trial of her husband, Rusty Sneiderman.
She was sentenced to five years in prison, minus the one year she had already served.
Her boss, Hemy Neuman, is serving life in prison for the murder.
