Dunwoody’s professional theatre company continues its 40th anniversary season with “The Games Afoot or Holmes for the Holidays,” by Ken Ludwig. It’s December 1936 and Broadway star William Gillette has invited his fellow cast-members to his Connecticut castle for a weekend of holiday revelry. But when one of the guests is stabbed to death, the festivities in this isolated house of tricks and mirrors quickly turn dangerous. Stage Door Players perform at the North Dekalb Cultural Arts Center, located at 5339 Chamblee Dunwoody Road in Dunwoody 30338. Performance times are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00 with a Sunday matinee at 2:30.
