A long-delayed townhome project on North Avenue in Poncey-Highland has broken ground, according to a report from Atlanta Curbed. 
Cablik Enterprises confirmed there will be 12 condos in the development, called SkyHill, starting in the $400,00 range. The townhomes are just up the street from The Masquerade, Ponce City Market and Atlanta BeltLine at Bonaventure Avenue.
