This past July, Atlanta INtown wrote a feature story about Ryan Hidinger and his wife Jen working to open a crowsourced restaurant, Staplehouse. We were sad to learn today that Hidinger has lost his battle with gallbladder cancer.
Ryan and Jen’s goal for Staplehouse was to donate after-tax profits to support members of the restaurant community in their time of need, just as Ryan was helped after a car accident and cancer diagnosis.
