A San Francisco-based developer has filed plans with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for a mixed-use development at I-285 and Peachtree-Dunwoody Road in Sandy Springs, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.

An affiliate of Shorenstein Properties LLC is proposing to build a 200-room hotel, 425 residential units and 54,000 square feet of retail at the 23-acre property, the Business Chronicle said.
