Three restaurants, including one headed by Chef Ford Fry, will be part of the 280 Elizabeth Street mixed-use project in Inman Park. According to a report in East Atlanta Patch, the developers have signed deals for a new Fry concept, MF Sushi and Barteca Restaurant Group, which owns Barcelona, will open a new concept called Bartaco.
The developers also announced that clothing and accessory retailer Bill Hallman will open a shop in the project, which is located at the corner of Elizabeth Street and N. Highland Avenue.
When complete, there will be 167,000 square feet of multi-family and 38,957 square feet of retail space, mixed evenly between retail shops and restaurants. There will be 200 apartments in the complex, ranging from studios to two bedroom townhouse-style apartments, which will face a lake and greenspace at the property’s center.
