Fulton County, DeKalb County, Atlanta Public Schools and City of Decatur Schools have all announced they will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 30.
Temperatures never rose above freezing today and will sink into the teens again tonight, meaning much of the snow that melted today in the sun will refreeze. Cities and counties are also still working to remove cars, trucks and buses from local roads and interstates.
