The temperature has dropped to 32 degrees and sleet and freezing rain is falling over Intown. GDOT is already reporting ice on interstates, while a glazing off ice is forming on trees and rooftops.

Snow fall totals in metro Atlanta are expected to be one to three inches, while there could be a quarter of an inch to half an inch of ice accumulation. Georgia Power is expecting significant outages around the area as continues to build on power lines and trees. You can track power outages at this link.
