Kaplan Morgan Joint Ventures has announced it will break ground in June on One City Walk, designed to be a focal point of the new Sandy Springs City Center. According to a media release, the 203-unit apartment complex will be complete by August 2015.

Described as a “luxury, midrise, mixed-use community,” the building will be located at the corner of Roswell Road and Hammond Drive. Along with the apartments, the building will feature 8,000 square feet of street-front retail space. A communal rooftop deck for use by residents will feature a pool, tanning deck, grill station and bocce ball court. The property will also contain a dog park, fitness center, club room and business center.

Sandy Springs Mayor, Rusty Paul, said, “One City Walk captures the essence of what we hope to accomplish with revitalizing the Roswell Road Corridor and developing our City Center. With its mix of live and play, the project is a welcome addition to the area’s transformation.”
