Georgia Legislators will hold hearings on two of the proposed new cities for DeKalb County tomorrow, March 6. The Briarcliff hearing will be at 1 p.m. and the Lakeside hearing at 2 p.m., both in the Coverdell Legislative Building, 18 Capitol Square, Room 606.

Those attending the hearings will one to two minutes to speak for whichever city they are in favor of, or against all of them. Senate Bill 270, which would call for a referendum on creating the city of Lakeside, was approved and is now before the House.
